From Hash to Ledger
HashBuch is the accounting infrastructure for blockchain-based payments.
What the bank does with statements and vouchers for traditional payments, HashBuch does for decentralised payment networks, including automatic posting to the ERP system.

The Problem
For Digital Payments, There Is No Bank That Provides Vouchers
When a customer pays in stablecoins, or you pay a supplier over a blockchain network, there is no bank statement and no voucher for the balance sheet and the tax office. A blockchain explorer shows the transaction, but it books nothing.
HashBuch closes this gap: with traceable vouchers, individually or as one collective voucher per day, and it posts all the way to the general ledger.

Outlook: Agentic Commerce
When AI agents start paying on their own, HashBuch makes sure these payments land cleanly in the company’s books.
How It Works
From Payment to Posting in Three Steps
Add Your Wallets
You enter the addresses of your wallets. HashBuch only reads along: it receives no key and cannot initiate a payment.
Detect Payments
HashBuch detects incoming and outgoing payments, assigns them to your business partners and creates a voucher for each payment, with account assignment and proof.
Post to the ERP
At the click of a button or automatically, HashBuch transfers the vouchers to your ERP system, individually or as one collective voucher per day.
Features
Two Modules, One Way into the ERP
Digital Payments
For payments in stablecoins: HashBuch produces the statement for each wallet and period, and a voucher for every payment with a consecutive number without gaps.

Classic Payments
For incoming and outgoing invoices from your Google Workspace mailbox: HashBuch reads e-invoices (ZUGFeRD, XRechnung) and PDF invoices, transfers them to your ERP system and files the vouchers in Google Drive. For suppliers you mark as reliable, it posts without a click.

ERP Transfer
The vouchers land where the books are kept. You choose manual or automatic per channel; every transfer is logged, including one that fails.
One Collective Voucher per Day
Like the end-of-day closing of a till: many small payments are combined into one voucher per business partner and day. The individual payments remain traceable as an attachment.

Security and Data Protection
Your Money Stays Where It Is
No Custody
HashBuch knows the addresses of your wallets, never a key. It reads payments but never initiates one.
Encrypted Credentials
The credentials for your ERP system are stored encrypted in the database, with a key that can be rotated.
Database in the EU
The HashBuch database is hosted in a data centre in Ireland.
Access by Invitation Only
Users join only by invitation, with one role per client. Sign-in can be protected with a second factor.
Traceable
Voucher numbers without gaps for each voucher type, and a log of every transfer to the ERP system.
